A short knee brace for use post-operatively and during rehabilitation. Made from a material with very good ventilation that does not absorb moisture and dries quickly. The model has a Velcro closure at the front, which means that it can be placed around the knee joint without having to bend down and pull it up over the leg. The brace has four semi-circular Velcro straps over the thigh and lower leg. The splint in the knee joint is our ROM joint that can be adjusted directly on the patient without having to remove the brace. The plastic cover over the joint has a safety catch that snaps into place when the cover is securely in place. The joint has joint stops that are attached to the joint with silicone straps. The stops are made of turned stainless steel and can be adjusted in extension: 0°, 15°, 30°, 60°, 90° and in flexion: 90°, 60°, 30°, 15°, 0°. The joint can also be locked in: 0°, 15°, 30°, 60°, 90°.
