We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery or booking, provided the item is unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

If the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If the item is returned after 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel their orders before the product is shipped to the provided address within 7 days, if payment was made in advance.

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Shipping for Returns:

To return your product, please email us at info@bmsmedshop.com, and we will arrange for the pickup of the product from the original delivery address.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs which varies depending on the product, which are non-refundable.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on the customer's location.
